Body Blast Training

Body Blast Group Training is an indoor/outdoor program that goes beyond your typical boot camp style workouts.It is for anyone who wants to live a healthier lifestyle and gain confidence through achieving full body strength.

Body Blast Group Training is great for individuals who are working towards the following fitness goals: weight loss, decreasing body fat, toning and building cardiovascular strength. Yes, the training is intense however it suits beginners because you are allowed to train at your own pace. Just imagine you are in training camp for healthy lifestyle.

Hybrid Sports Training

This program is designed for athletes on the high school, collegiate and professional levels.

Hybrid Sports Training combined with Interactive Metronome Training is also beneficial for those athletes preparing the NFL Combine, Collegiate Pro Day, and any Pre-Season Strength & Conditioning.

Corporate Training

Our objective is to enhance work performance and create a healthier workplace for small and large companies. We believe that in order for these companies to operate efficiently, they must be managed by healthy, strong individuals. We want to help businesses save on insurance costs by investing in the health of its employees. We offer a number of programs that include: (weight loss, fat burn, stress management, flexibility, spine care and even workplace ADHD.)

Personal Training

 

1 On 1 Personal Training is a detailed and comprehensive approach used to help you reach your fitness goals. You are provided with a list of whole foods, fat burning foods, health tips and a nutrition guide to follow. Clients will then meet with a Drive Sports Performance certified trainer for consultations and workouts on a regular basis.

Small Group (4) Training is great for those who want to share their fitness experience with friends or family at a fraction of the cost of 1 on 1 Training. These sessions are held just as the 1-1 Personal Training sessions, except that (4) individuals who have very similar strength levels train together at the same time.

Dalvin Marshall Sr.

Lead Personal Trainer

Here he works diligently designing and executing personal training services, managing corporate fitness initiatives and providing sports performance training and coaching to athletes and sports teams.

He also provides Physician Relations Management services for hospitals and several types of medical and health offices. He works to boost profits and enhance patient morale with the set up of IV therapies, pharmaceuticals, on-site half and full pharmacies, and wellness coaching for patients.
