Because tickets and seats are reserved for you and inventory is limited, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind, inability to attend, late arrival, missed departures, or no-shows.<\/p>\n
Reschedule or store credit<\/h3>\n
Instead of a cash refund, we may offer you the option to reschedule your ticket or ride to another available date, or to receive store credit toward a future purchase of equal value. To be eligible, you must contact us at support@oddusee.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled event or departure time. Requests made less than 48 hours in advance, and no-shows, are not eligible for a reschedule or credit. Store credit is non-transferable unless we state otherwise and may have an expiration date noted at the time it is issued.<\/p>\n
If we cancel or reschedule<\/h3>\n
If Oddusee H.B.C.U cancels an event or bus ride outright, you will be offered your choice of a full refund to your original payment method or store credit of equal value. If we reschedule an event or departure and the new time does not work for you, you may request a full refund or credit. We are not responsible for related costs you may incur, such as travel, lodging, or third-party fees.<\/p>\n
Buy now, pay later (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, PayPal Pay in 4)<\/h3>\n
If you paid using a buy-now-pay-later provider such as Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, or PayPal Pay in 4, any refund or credit we approve is processed by us through the original payment method and is then reflected by the provider on your payment plan. Until the provider applies the adjustment, you remain responsible for any scheduled installment payments under your agreement with that provider. Refund timing and how the credit appears on your plan are governed by the provider’s own terms.<\/p>\n
How approved refunds are issued<\/h3>\n
When a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to five to ten business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank, card issuer, or pay-later provider.<\/p>\n
Problems with your order<\/h3>\n
If there is a problem with your order, or you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at support@oddusee.com so we can make it right. Please do not open a dispute or chargeback before contacting us, as doing so can delay the resolution.<\/p>\n
